Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our website. A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Payments can be made through our website using a credit or debit card.
If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full. If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.
Check-in and Check-out
Arrival time: 3:00 PM, departure time: 10:00 AM. Early check-in can be requested, but availability is not guaranteed until 24 hours prior to arrival. Due to our tight schedules, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs in most cases.
Property Description and Amenities
We have made every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photographs of our properties on our website are accurate. However, please note that the actual property may differ slightly from the description and photographs. Amenities such as Wi-Fi, cable TV, and appliances are provided as described on the website, but we cannot guarantee that they will be in working order at all times.
Local law limits occupancy to 12 people. No parties or events with more than 12 people allowed.
Damage and Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in an orderly condition. Any damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to their credit card on file.
We are not liable for any damages, injuries or losses incurred by guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being and should take appropriate precautions.
