Photo ID and an acknowledgment that you agree to house rules are required before check-in information will be sent. You must be 25 years old or older to book this house.
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY INCLUDING FRONT AND BACK PORCHES, AND ALL YARD AREAS.
Parking in garage and driveway only Nine vehicles maximum. Street parking prohibited by city of Arlington.
Arlington City Ordinance requires outdoor quiet hours starting at 10pm. Please be mindful of your noise level and be considerate to our neighbors at that time. No outdoor loud speakers.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR THIS HOUSE IS TWELVE (12) GUESTS/VISITORS AT ALL TIMES. THIS INCLUDES GUESTS NOT STAYING OVERNIGHT. (Arlington City Ordinance 19-022)
No glass in pool area. Please help us keep this safe for everyone. We provide outdoor dinnerware and plastic glasses to be used for outdoor dining.
If you want the pool heated for your stay, contact us a at least 48 hours before check in for us to start the process. November-February $300 per stay plus $150 per day. March-October $150 per stay plus $150per day. Typically, the pool will be up to temperature by the time of check in.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Arlington Vacation Rentals LLC, Owner, and their respective affiliates, for and from all claims for property damage, personal injury, or monetary loss resulting from your actions or omissions, and the actions or omissions of other Occupants, during or relating to your stay. There is no lifeguard on duty and pool and spa use is at your own risk.
