We are fanatics about cleaning! We are owner/operators and personally inspect our home before you arrive and make sure everything is up to our high standards.

NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY INCLUDING FRONT AND BACK PORCHES, AND ALL YARD AREAS.
Parking in garage and driveway only Nine vehicles maximum. Street parking prohibited by city of Arlington.
Arlington City Ordinance requires outdoor quiet hours starting at 10pm. Please be mindful of your noise level and be considerate to our neighbors at that time. No outdoor loud speakers.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR THIS HOUSE IS TWELVE (12) GUESTS/VISITORS AT ALL TIMES. THIS INCLUDES GUESTS NOT STAYING OVERNIGHT. (Arlington City Ordinance 19-022)
No glass in pool area. Please help us keep this safe for everyone. We provide outdoor dinnerware and plastic glasses to be used for outdoor dinning.
To use the heated spa, you must schedule in advance. The spa can be heated up to 3 hours per day at no additional cost.
If you want the pool heated for your stay, contact us a at least 48 hours before check in for us to start the process. November-February $300 per stay plus $150 per day. March-October $150 per stay plus $150per day. Typically, the pool will be up to temperature by the time of check in.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Arlington Vacation Rentals LLC, Owner, and their respective affiliates, for and from all claims for property damage, personal injury, or monetary loss resulting from your actions or omissions, and the actions or omissions of other Occupants, during or relating to your stay. There is no lifeguard on duty and pool and spa use is at your own risk.
Supervise all young children in the pool area. The Safety gate on the back porch is auto closing and should never be propped open.
Guests agree to compensate host for damaged, broken, missing, lost or stolen items at time of checkout.
Guests will be charged $250 fine for using glitter, confetti, and/or taping signs to walls.
