You will get a good night’s sleep on our comfortable Sealy Professional Hospitality mattresses and luxury super soft linens. If you are a night owl or want to get away, all bedrooms have smart TVs with free local channels, free digital channels or you can stream your favorite movies on Netflix, Hulu, and Prime using your own account.
When the weather is nice, enjoy relaxing on the shaded back porch on our comfy outdoor lounge furniture, and enjoy the view of the Magnolia trees or play some mini golf on the private backyard putting green. Kids and adults of all ages can enjoy a game of mini golf.
After the game or a day of being on the go relax in our always ready (September-May) six person hot tub. There is a basket of towels dedicated just for you.

If the need arises, a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are clean and ready for your use.
We are fanatics about cleaning! We are owner/operators and personally inspect our home before you arrive and make sure everything is up to our high standards. We are available 24/7 by app, text or phone should you need assistance. We really enjoy hosting and it shows in our commitment to great hospitality.

Parking in garage and driveway only Six vehicles maximum. Street parking prohibited by city of Arlington.
Please be mindful of your noise level after 10pm and be considerate to our neighbors.
We are NOT liable for any accidents or injuries caused by use of the hot tub. Do not allow children to use hot tub at any time without direct supervision of an adult inside the tub. When not in use put the cover back on the tub.
Guests agree to compensate host for damaged, broken, missing, lost or stolen items at time of checkout.
A $1,000 smoke abatement fee will be charged if evidence of smoke is found in house. (Includes vaping)
Guests will be charged $250 fine for using glitter, confetti, and/or taping signs to walls.
