There is a Wal-Mart Supercenter and several restaurants (Texas Live, Wing Stop, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chick-Fil-A, Raising Canes, Boomer Jack’s, Shell Shack, Lupe’s Tex Mex, TGI Friday’s, Panera Bread, and Chili’s) within walking distance to the home. Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Downtown Arlington, The University of Texas at Arlington, and several other restaurants/grocery stores are just a short drive away.

You can walk, Uber or bring your own ride. There is parking for up to six cars when using the 3 car garage. Located just off of I-30 and is about 15 minuted to either down town Dallas or Down Town Fort Worth.

We are NOT liable for any accidents or injuries caused by use of the hot tub. Do not allow children to use hot tub at any time without direct supervision of an adult inside the tub. When not in use put the cover back on the tub.
Guests agree to compensate host for damaged, broken, missing, lost or stolen items at time of checkout.
A $1,000 smoke abatement fee will be charged if evidence of smoke is found in house. (Includes vaping)
Guests will be charged $250 fine for using glitter, confetti, and/or taping signs to walls.
