Hi!

We are Ken and Trudy Cox.

Ken recently retired from his successful 30-year photography business to pursue a new passion of building homes to help improve the area around the Arlington Entertainment District. Ken invested a lot of blood, sweat and tears into designing and building these homes himself. Trudy owns a health and wellness company and was the eye behind all of the interior design. Together, we are the proud parents of four beautiful daughters and three sons-in-law. We are also the proud parents of Frank the Goldendoodle, who supervised almost all of the work done at the houses.
